The challenge requires you to replace one meal per day with a nourishing, nutrient-rich smoothie that will leave you feeling satisfied and full of energy for hours.
You’ll be provided with a build-your-own-smoothie formula to create delicious smoothies that tickle your palate, along with tried and tested dessert-like smoothie recipes to follow if you choose.
HOW THIS CHALLENGE WORKS
1. It’s a live challenge. Meaning, there will be an awesome group of people taking on this challenge at the same time you are. There is one challenge per month. Start date is the first Monday (or Tuesday – if Monday is a holiday) of each month.
2. Sign-up. To sign-up for the next challenge, see below. Sign-ups must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the challenge start date.
3. Emails. You’ll begin to receive a series of emails a few days prior to the start of the challenge. These emails will provide you with all the essential information you need to blend the perfect smoothie.
4. Have one smoothie a day. Once the challenge starts you’ll replace one meal per day – breakfast, lunch or dinner – with a nutrient-rich smoothie, using the formula and/or recipes provided.
5. Jennifer will be your Personal Smoothie Coach. She’ll be there to coach you through all you need to know about smoothies, including: why these smoothies will rock your health, finding a blender, protein powders, smoothie hacks, time-saving tips, smoothie boosters, low-cost & high-nutrition smoothies, dessert-like smoothie recipes, inspiring stories, and a chance to win free stuff!
6. Join our smoothie community on Facebook. This space is all about you and connecting with an awesome community of people.
