How the 14-day smoothie challenge works

STEP 1: Sign-up. Click here to sign-up or click on the button below. Once you’re signed up, you’ll have 3 days (the day you sign-up + the 2 days following) to prepare for the challenge. Your challenge will begin on the 4th day.

STEP 2: Get the emails. You’ll begin to receive a series of emails after signing up for the challenge. These emails will provide you with all the essential information you need to blend the perfect smoothie – including the perfect health smoothie formula and dessert-inspired recipes.

STEP 3: Have one smoothie a day. Once the challenge starts you’ll replace one meal per day – breakfast, lunch or dinner – with a nutrient-rich smoothie, using the formula and/or recipes provided.

STEP 4: Jennifer will be your personal smoothie coach. She’ll be there to coach you through everything you need to know about smoothies, including; how to create YOUR perfect smoothie, blenders, protein powders, smoothie hacks, time-saving tips, smoothie boosters, creating low-cost & high-nutrition smoothies + more.

  2. Daughter as usual I enjoyed the 14 day smoothie challenge and I love that you Incorporated the exercises along with the challenge. It motivated me to keep my body moving everyday and with those smoothies it gave me the energy. I would encourage everyone to give it a try it’s a lot of fun and it’s easy because you also show different ways of doing exercises if it’s too challenging.     Another fantastic smoothie challenge. I was involved in your very first challenge and have never looked back. Smoothie have become a very important and permanent part of my life and for that I THANK YOU. The last challenge with the added physical part was wonderful. I loved it as this helped motivate me to get moving everyday. Yes it was hard somedays to do the excerice but I managed to get most of it done before bedtime. Sorry I did miss 2 days, my bad. Loved the notifications. As always your challenges are fun. Love this smoothie community and seeing all the post. Fantastic job by all.

  4. These challenges just keep getting better! Jennnifer is full of wonderful ideas, encouragement and great smoothies to try.. Lots of info to help with smoothies and exercise. This last challenge with the added exercise was tough but seeing all the comments helped to get er done! Maybe an idea for next challenge you can add in a 24 hour fast…just smoothies and juicing?

I have IBS and I never experienced any gas or bloating. The smoothies filled me up until the next meal. I definitely recommend the challenge; it’s a great start to a healthy lifestyle.   7. I will continue with the smoothies since they are so delicious and easy and the fitness is definitely becoming a part of my daily routine. My awareness has been raised and making small changes to my every day life like taking stairs or doing 10 wall push ups or doing 25 lunges as I walk is so easy. You always encouraged me to make start by making small changes and that was the most encouraging words you gave me. Thank you for always being so ready to answer every question I had so quickly and always with a smile on your face. You never became frustrated but always encouraging.
