Flank steak marinated in balsamic vinegar, garlic, sea salt & black pepper. Placed on a bed of organic greens with raw walnuts, peppercorn goat cheese, avocado & orange slices. Dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh squeezed orange juice, mashed avocado & sea salt.
