Striploin steak seasoned with Herbs de Provence, black pepper, sea salt, balsamic vinegar & olive oil. Served with a side of mixed greens with roasted chestnuts, blood orange, balsamic vinegar, olive oil & sea salt. All topped with fresh ground pepper and peppercorn goat cheese.
