INGREDIENTS: (serves 1)

1/4 avocado

1/2 cup coconut or almond milk

1/2 cup filtered water

1 tsp. maca powder

1 tsp. cacao powder

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. vanilla powder or extract (optional)

2-4 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients for 30-60 sec and enjoy.
