Moroccan Stir-Fry with Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds

Did you know? Seeds have quite a few nutritional benefits, but many of them are locked up tight by anti-nutrients such as phytic acid. Sprouting not only makes it easier for us to digest seeds, but it allows us to absorb more nutrients from seeds. 

Grass fed ground beef, kale & red onion with coriander, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic, lemon zest & sea salt. Topped with sprouted pumpkin seeds.
