Mango & Broccoli Sprout Salad
INGREDIENTS: (serves 2)
4 cups leafy salad greens
1/4 cup broccoli sprouts
1 mango (sliced)
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
1. Place salad, sprouts and mango into a bowl.
2. Blend ingredients for dressing using a food processor or blender.
3. Add dressing to salad and toss everything together.
