Spaghetti al Olio with Sautéed Greens

Did you know? The fiber content of spaghetti squash and enriched spaghetti is very similar, providing just over two grams per cup. Switch from processed food to whole food and get all the fiber you need plus nourishing vitamins and minerals. 

Spaghetti squash, mixed baby greens (kale, swiss chard, spinach), garlic, coconut oil, ghee, olive oil, chili flakes, parsley, sea salt & black pepper.
