Italian Coleslaw 

Italian Coleslaw


2 cups purple cabbage

2 large carrots

1 green onion

½ cup fresh parsley

¼ avocado

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. olive oil

¼ tsp. sea salt

Chop larger ingredients into smaller chunks then place all ingredients into a food processor and chop to a fine consistency.

Tip: Add a protein of your choice to this dish and make it a complete meal.

Did you know? Cabbage is rich in sulfur making it a great vegetable for detoxification.
