Spice it up in the kitchen! Spices can add a world of variety to your food. Next time you hit up the grocery store, spend a little extra time and money in the spice aisle. Grab a few different blends of spices if you are uncomfortable mixing individual spices to create a certain flavour. Some of my favorite blends are Chinese five spice, chili powder, Thai spice and different curry blends. You’ll be amazed at how different spices can change the taste of food you eat regularly. So instead of eating plain old chicken and vegetables, add some chili powder and call it Mexican night!
