Creamy Dill Tuna Salad

I know it’s not always realistic to have fresh protein sitting in the fridge ready for a quick and nutritious lunch or dinner. That’s why I consider wild canned fish to be an essential pantry item. Whether it be tuna, salmon or sardines, have your cupboards stocked with a variety so you’ll never have an excuse to make poor food choices. Wild canned fish is not only quick and easy to prepare, but is loaded with essential nutrients. So stock up on the cans next time you hit up the grocery store.

Wild canned tuna with avocado, mustard and dried dill. Served on a leafy greens dressed with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and sea salt. Fermented pickles, tomato, apple, and plantain chips to finish it off.

  1. Jennifer, I can’t keep up with all these recipes, Joy expects me to prepare, plate and serve just as your pictures appear. She thinks she is eating in a 5star restaurant all the time!
Seriously great recipes, easy to prepare and she loves gourmet dining on healthily food, you help her stay on this program

    1. Haha…thanks Peter! It’s a great compliment coming from a man who definitely knows what he’s doing in the kitchen 🙂 So happy to hear the blog is helping to keep Joy excited about eating healthy food.
