1 ripe banana
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. cacao powder
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp. of honey or maple syrup (if you need extra sweetness)
Place all ingredients into a food processor (or high speed blender) and blend until you reach a creamy consistency. Chill the mix in the fridge for a cool dessert. Top with sliced banana and cacao nibs (optional).
