Green Pina Colada Smoothie

Green Pina Colada

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup frozen kale

1/2 cup cucumber

1/2 cup pineapple

1 lime (juice only)

1 tbsp. coconut oil

1 scoop collagen powder (optional, but highly recommended if using a smoothie as a meal replacement)

1/2 – 1 cup filtered water (add 1/2 cup ice to create a thicker and more cool smoothie)

Blend all ingredients, kick up your feet and enjoy!
