3 ripe avocados
¼ red onion
1 small garlic clove
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cumin
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Peel and mash avocados in a bowl.
- Add in finely chopped onion and garlic, lemon juice, cumin, sea salt and black pepper.
- Chill and store in a container in the fridge.
If you have a food processor, just throw all ingredients in and pulse until everything is mixed together nicely.
