INGREDIENTS: (serves 1)
1 ripe avocado
1 frozen banana
1 shot espresso (cooled)
1/4 cup (or less) full fat coconut milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cacao powder
Pinch of stevia
Blend all ingredients using a high powdered blender.
The mousse should be thick and creamy. Best to start with less coconut milk and add more if need be to ensure is doesn’t turn out too runny.
Serve immediately or chill in fridge/freezer.
