INGREDIENTS: (serves 1)
1 can wild sockeye salmon
2 tbsp. broccoli sprouts
4 sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 tbsp. avocado oil mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. kelp flakes (optional)
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
