Salmon Bowl with Broccoli Sprouts 

INGREDIENTS: (serves 1)

1 can wild sockeye salmon

2 tbsp. broccoli sprouts

4 sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

2 tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)

1 tbsp. avocado oil mayonnaise (Chosen Foods – see below)

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 tsp. kelp flakes (optional)

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

This dish it great on its own, but can also be enjoyed on top of a salad or in a wrap.
