Creamy Cilantro & Lime Salmon

Creamy Cilantro & Lime Salmon

INGREDIENTS: (serves 1)

1 can wild sockeye salmon

1/4 cup broccoli sprouts

1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

1 tbsp avocado oil mayo (Chosen Foods – see below)

1/2 lime (juice only)

Sea salt & pepper to taste


1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Eat on its own, on top of a salad or in a healthy wrap.
