Quick workout for sexy arms, legs & butt

 

 

I’m all about quick and effective when it comes to working out because 🎶ain’t nobody got time for that 🎶! Here’s another 10 minute routine that hits a lot of main muscle groups and gets the love organ pumping.

All that’s needed is a bench (a step, chair or couch will do the trick as well). Here’s the routine…

5 reps narrow grip incline push-up

5 reps/leg elevated split-squat (added weight is optional for the split-squat).

Repeat this routine 10 times. Take a break mid-way through if needed.

The push-up targets the chest, shoulders and arms. I like the narrow grip, elbows tight to the body position because it firms up that flab on the back of women’s arms (tricep region) – I’m sure we’ve all experienced or witnessed that lovely dangle 😉

The split-squat is one of my favourite lower body exercises. It requires you to engage your core in order to maintain balance and works wonders on the thigh and butt muscles. As you progress with this exercise you can start to add weight into your hand/s.

Split-squat tip: press through the outside edge and heel of your foot to help engage your butt on the way up.
