Sardines with Yogurt & Fresh Herbs

INGREDIENTS: (serves 1)

1 can wild sardines

1/4 cup broccoli sprouts (or other sprouts)

6 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)

1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)

1 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)

1 tsp. fresh oregano (chopped)

2 tbsp plain coconut yogurt or kefir

1/2 lemon (juice only)

Sea salt and black pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together and enjoy on its own or in your favourite wrap.
