Sardines with Yogurt & Fresh Herbs

Got me some fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes from my cool aunt Libby, so decided to throw this together …

Sardines with Yogurt & Fresh Herbs

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

1 can wild #sardines @raincoasttrading

4 cherry #tomatoes (diced)

1 oz fresh #basil (chopped)

1 oz fresh #parsley (chopped)

1/2 oz fresh spicy #oregano (chopped)

1 oz broccoli #sprouts

2 tbsp plain coconut #yogurt or #kefir

1/2 #lemon (juice only)

Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy on its own or in your favourite wrap.
