Lemon Hibiscus Tea

The antioxidant liquid you want to be drinking.

Hibiscus is full of antioxidants that fight free radicals damage caused by exposure to food and environmental toxins.

I steep this tea in a mason jar, store it in the fridge overnight then add some fresh lemon to it in the morning. It’s awesome to sip on throughout the day!

Lemon Hibiscus Tea

INGREDIENTS:

1 bag hibiscus tea

1/2 lemon (thinly sliced)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Steep tea bag in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

2. Add lemon slices.

3. Enjoy hot or cold. For cold hibiscus tea – pour tea into mason jar, let cool then store in fridge for later. Add lemons closer to consuming.
