Pumpkin Spice Latte

I’m officially obsessed with my morning Pumpkin Spice Latte. It’s to the point where I wonder how I survived all the other seasons without it!

It’s super creamy with the full fat coconut milk and the collagen creamer is a nice touch if you’re delaying breakfast.

Give it a try – you’ll be sure to fall in love with Fall after just one sip 🍂

Pumpkin Spice Latte

INGREDIENTS:

1 long espresso (or 1 cup coffee)

1/4 cup full fat coconut milk (canned is best)

1 scoop coconut collagen creamer (optional)

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Add espresso/coffee to ingredients and stir OR throw all ingredients into a blender.
