💛 One of my favourite core exercises!
The stability ball knee tuck is a great exercise to strengthen your abs and low back, as well as challenge your arms and shoulders.
Core Exercise: Stability ball knee tuck
1️⃣ Begin in plank position with shins/feet on ball and hands on floor in-line with shoulders.
2️⃣ Keeping your lower back straight, tuck your knees to roll the ball towards your chest.
3️⃣ Return to plank position with abs engaged to avoid letting your back sag.
4️⃣ Complete as many reps as you can with good form. Aim for 3-4 sets.
