Activated Charcoal 

This is one supplement I don’t leave home without! Activated charcoal is a great and effective way of pulling toxins out of the body fast, to help mitigate signs and symptoms we may experience from toxin exposure. Here are some ways I use activated charcoal pills:

    • after eating restaurant food or any food of unknown/poor quality
    • after getting off an airplane
    • after having a few alcoholic beverages (great for avoiding the dreaded hangover)
    • if I have any GI distress (upset stomach, gas, bloating, diarrhea)
    • if I am experiencing brain fog

Calcium Bentonite Clay – Living Clay
