Easy Green Smoothie with Protein
INGREDIENTS: (serves 1)
1 cup unsweetened nut milk OR water
1/2 cup fruit of choice (optional)
1 scoop PurePaleo Protein (vanilla or chocolate) OR 2 scoops PurePea Protein
1 tbsp PaleoGreens
1 tbsp coconut oil or 1/2 avocado
A few ice cubes (optional)
